What we collect

The enquiry form asks for:

• your name, work email address, organisation, and role;
• the workflow challenge you describe;
• optionally, an approximate monthly reporting volume.

Online submission is not connected. Typing into this form keeps these details in your current browser page; this application does not transmit or store them. If an email option is available, opening the draft does not send it. You choose whether to send it through your email service.

The form is for organisations and professionals. Please don’t submit patient records, scans, medical histories, or any patient identifiers. If you do so by mistake, request deletion through a verified company contact once one is published.

Why we use it

The intended purpose of enquiry details is to reply and discuss a possible design partnership. Online submission is currently disabled. Before enabling it, we need to confirm the applicable basis for processing, the notice and consent flow, and a working process for privacy requests. No enquiry details are used by this website for advertising.

Where it goes

No online enquiry provider or storage destination has been approved or connected. Before enabling submissions, we must identify the provider, where data is processed, who can access it, and how deletion requests will be handled.

The website code does not include advertising or behavioural-analytics tools. Cloudflare hosts the published website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses and URLs, for delivery and security. Hosting features may also use security cookies. See the Cloudflare privacy policy. Hosting log retention and access still require review.

How long we keep it

A retention schedule for enquiry correspondence has not yet been established. Before enabling online submissions, we need to define storage, access, retention and deletion arrangements and update this notice. Email correspondence, if enabled, is also subject to the email providers’ processing and retention arrangements.
